Flagged PBC, Inc. (“Flagged,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Flagged mobile and web application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

By using Flagged, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

• Scam submissions: Text, screenshots, and forwarded emails you submit for analysis.
• Device and usage data: Log information such as device type, operating system, crash data, and basic analytics.
• Optional information: If you provide feedback or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message.

2. How We Use Information

• Analyze and classify potential scams.
• Provide verdicts, explanations, and educational content.
• Improve and develop the App’s features and accuracy.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.
• Respond to user support requests.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the App (e.g., Google Cloud, Firebase, SendGrid).
• Legal authorities if required by law or to protect users from fraud or harm.
• Research and reporting, only in aggregated or anonymized form.

4. Data Storage & Security

Scam text, screenshots, and emails may be temporarily stored on our servers for analysis. Images are generally retained for no longer than 7 days unless required for troubleshooting.

Data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption and access controls. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. Use Flagged at your own risk.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your data.
• Ask us to delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent by stopping use of the App.

6. Children’s Privacy

Flagged is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at https://flggd.com/privacy.html with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
